Job Overview:

Support the digital transformation of an energy infrastructure company's assets department by designing business processes, capturing requirements, and guiding IT solution development to enhance efficiency, quality, and support energy transition objectives."

Key Responsibilities:

Design and model efficient business processes to support asset management operations.

Gather and translate business needs into detailed IT system requirements.

Coordinate and challenge stakeholders across business and IT teams to ensure requirement alignment.

Develop and maintain business information models to specify data needs for system interfaces, reports, and migrations.

Validate IT functional analyses and oversee the testing and user acceptance of releases.

Plan and deliver change management activities, including training materials and end-user training.
